The USER is obliged to familiarize himself with the general terms and conditions and, if he does not agree with them/part of them, to stop using this site immediately. "Stilna zena" EOOD is not responsible if the USER has not read and familiarized himself with these general terms and conditions.
"Stilna zena" EOOD reserves the right to change, delete and edit the general terms and conditions, as well as any content on this SITE at any time and without notice, and the relevant changes will be published at this address. "Stilna Zena" EOOD reserves the right to update (add, change, move and delete) the content or parts of it (including prices, publications, technical data, product range or other information described or related to this site), to correct possible errors, inaccuracies and omissions, at any time and without notice. 
USER may use this SITE and the information and materials contained and displayed on it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use and access to this SITE of any third party.
"Stilna zena" EOOD authorizes the USER to view, store and copy in electronic or printed form copies of the materials from this SITE solely for their own use, for the purpose of generating orders and obtaining information about the products and services offered by "Stilna zena" EOOD .
The USER has no right to modify, copy, reproduce (in whole or in part), republish, publish, send or transmit in any way, exhibit, rent, sell, transfer, create secondary materials based on the content of the SITE, to link or use for a public or commercial purpose, to distribute in any other way not cited here, any element of the content of this SITE, without prior written permission from "Stilna Zena" EOOD.

Prices and availability
All prices contained in this SITE include 20% VAT, except when expressly stated otherwise.

The prices of all items contained in this SITE are identical to the prices of the corresponding items in our store network, except during special discounts and promotions, when it is possible for each of our sites and this SITE to act as an independent site and when expressly indicated new and old price of/to each item.

The price for an order to be paid by the USER is indicated before confirming the order and includes the value of the items and the delivery fee. In the event of errors or inconsistencies in the price of one or more of the items ordered by the USER, "Stylish Woman" EOOD undertakes to notify as soon as possible and in any case before sending the items to the USER's address and to obtain his consent to receive the order .

During discounts and promotions, the respective new prices of the items are valid only while the discount or promotion lasts or until stocks last. Orders placed before midnight. on the previous day or after midnight. on the last day of the discount/promotion are charged at regular price.

The stocks on this SITE have no relation to the stocks in one, several or all stores of "Stilna Zena" EOOD. "Stilna zena" EOOD reserves the right to manage the product range in each site as well as on this SITE as it sees fit. "Stilna Zena" EOOD reserves the right to discontinue any item from production or withdraw its stock at any time.

Cancellation of order
The USER has the right to refuse or change any order made before the date of dispatch by notifying "Stilna Jena" EOOD as soon as possible by phone at 0888 299 210 or email onlinestore@stilnajena.bg. without any penalty or penalty and without assigning any reason.

The date of shipment is taken into account as the date indicated on the bill of lading for the respective order, which "Stilna Zena" EOOD keeps in the file for each such order. Already sent orders can be returned after receipt to "Stilna Zena" EOOD according to the order specified in "Shipping policy".

Withdrawal
Under the EU and UK’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time he or she purchases it. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason.

Refund rules
Under the current regulation, if buyers properly exercise their right of return, sellers must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that the item has been shipped back. Please note that in the EU and UK, the refund a seller provides in the event of a return is required to include the shipping cost for the initial delivery to the buyer.
