Order Cancellation

You may cancel any online order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery. Please complete the form below to exercise your right to cancel.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from our online store within 21 calendar days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by any relevant documentation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Free In-Store Returns

Items purchased online may be returned free of charge at any of our physical stores.

Exchanges

You may exchange any item from your order within 21 calendar days of receipt. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm the availability of the desired replacement item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse returned items or reduce the amount refunded if the products do not meet the stated return conditions.

Refunds

The value of approved returned items will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
