Returns/ Cancel order

You can cancel all orders prior to their dispatch. If you would like to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you have to receive it and return it to our address by covering the shipping cost for the return. 

All products, purchased from this online store, can be returned in 21 calendar days after delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are non refundable. They must be in their original condition with all labels attached. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and to keep the shipping receipt as proof of dispatch.

All shipping return costs are the client's responsibility.

Refunds 

We will use the original method of payment for refund in 10 working days after the products have arrived with us.

"Stilna jena" Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to partially or fully refund the product/s value in case of non-compliance with the described return rules or poor condition of the items.
